I may sound crazy, but I sometimes talk to my car. When it’s almost out of gas, I find myself saying “please just make it home. I’ll feed you tomorrow when I get paid. But you gotta make it!” And when I actually make it home, I thank my car for not stalling from lack of fuel. So, I’m crazy, hunh?

Why is it considered more dangerous to talk on a mobile, than to the person sitting next to you in your car?

OK..let it be said, first of all, I don’t talk on my phone while I am driving. Does anyone out there think that it is almost as distracting to be engaged in animated conversation with someone who is actually in the car…why is a phone that much more dangerous?…don’t get me started on how bloody distracting kids in the car are.
